Orange-Glazed Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium-size sweet potatoes
    2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    1 c. orange juice or Five Alive juice
    1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation
    Cook sweet potatoes in boiling water until tender.
    Allow to cool to touch; peel and slice.
    Arrange slices in a 3-quart baking dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Pour glaze over sweet potatoes, let set in glaze for awhile or overnight; the longer it sets the better.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 10 to 12.
