Kraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar kraut, drained
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. bell peppers, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 c. onion, diced
    1 small jar pimento, diced
Preparation
    Mix kraut, bell peppers, celery, onion and pimento together. Sprinkle sugar over top.
    Cover; refrigerate 24 hours.
    Stir.
    This stays good in refrigerator for weeks.
    Good to make ahead.
