Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium peaches, peeled
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. nonfat margarine
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 1/8 c. skim milk
Preparation
    Cut peaches in chunks and toss with sugar.
    Cut margarine into flour and salt.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour batter into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour peaches over top.
    Do not stir.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
