Velveeta Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. cocoa
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. butter (oleo)
3 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Sift sugar and cocoa together in a large bowl.
Melt butter and cheese together in microwave.
Slowly blend with cocoa and sugar mixture.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Press into buttered sheet pans.
Chill in refrigerator until set.
