Zippy Meatball Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. chili sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. Crisco (if needed)*
1 bottle barbecue sauce

Preparation

Combine the first 6 ingredients.
Add ground beef and mix thoroughly.
Shape into meatballs and brown slowly in Crisco.
Dip meatballs into warmed barbecue sauce.
