Lincoln'S Cheese Logs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. plain salt
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Grate Cheddar
    cheese.\tLeave
    out
    until all cheese is warm enough
    to\tcream.\tCream all ingredients.\tRoll on waxed paper into logs or ball.\tCover with finely chopped pecans.
