Apricot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (29 oz.) cans apricot halves, drained
2 stacks Ritz crackers (from 1 box), divided into 3 parts
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. sugar (half brown and half granulated)
Preparation

Line casserole dish (3-quart size Pyrex) with 1/3 Ritz crackers, crumbled.
Add layer of apricot halves (1 can). Sprinkle with half the sugar mixture.
Dot with 1 stick of butter. Repeat layer.
Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes.
