Glorified Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    6 (1/2-inch thick) pork chops
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    1/4 c. water
    hot, cooked rice with peas
Preparation
    In skillet in hot oil, cook pork chops until browned.
    Spoon off fat.
    In skillet, combine soup and water.
    Heat to boiling. Return chops to skillet; cover and cook over very low heat for 35 minutes.
    Serve over rice and peas.
