Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 ounce) can chunk pineapple, drained (save juice)
    1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. flour
    1/2 to 1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour with about 3 Tbls. pineapple juice. Add pineapple chunks and cheese; mix well. Spoon into
    1 qt. casserole dish. Sprinkle crumbs over top, then pour melted butter over top. Bake 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
