Refreshing And Healthy Quick Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cucumber
    2 large tomatoes (preferably the tasty, more expensive variety)
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. gourmet salad vinegar
    1 Tbsp. grape seed oil (or your favorite oil)
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Chop cucumber and tomatoes.
    Mix in all other ingredients. Toss.
    Let the salad marinate as long as you like.
