Mississippi Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans black-eyed peas, drained
    1 jar sliced pimento, drained
    1 small bottle Italian dressing
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 tbsp. minced garlic
    1 1/2 cups chopped jalapeno
Preparation
    Use peas and jalapenos for extra kick.
    Mix all ingredients and marinate for at least 3 hours.
    Best when marinates overnight. Serve with dip style corn chips.
