Turkey Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 small onion (chopped)
    2 egg whites
    1/3 c. ketchup
    saltines (enough to hold burgers together)
    salt (to taste)
    lemon pepper (to taste)
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Spray skillet
    with Pam.
    Use oil to coat skillet.
    Mix all ingredients and brown on low heat.
