Fried Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1 c. olive oil
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Break cauliflower into flowerets and boil just until tender. Mix beaten eggs with 1/2 cup milk.
    Drain cauliflower and dip in egg mixture.
    Roll in bread crumbs until well coated.
    Fry in heated olive oil in heavy skillet until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
