Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 thick pork chops
    3 tomatoes
    2 green peppers
    3 c. cooked rice
    3 onions
Preparation
    Fry chops brown, not well done.
    Place in bottom of casserole. On each chop, place one slice of onion, one slice of tomato, one ring of green pepper and 2 tablespoons rice in green pepper ring. Season to taste.
    Pour 1/2 cup water into casserole.
    Cover and cook at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serves 5.
