Ingredients

1 c. margarine, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
sesame seed
fruit preserves
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add extract, salt and flour and mix well.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls and coat with sesame seed.
Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Flatten cookies slightly and indent centers with thumb.
Fill centers with preserves (blackberry or raspberry is good).
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
