Maple-Nut Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. cake flour
3/4 c. white sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. oil
5 egg yolks
3/4 c. cold water
2 tsp. maple flavoring
1 c. (8) egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into small mixing bowl and add brown sugar.
Make a well in center, in this order add oil, egg yolks, water and flavoring.
Beat until satin smooth.
Set aside.
