Traveling Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken wings
    1 c. soy sauce
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 tsp. dry mustard or 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2/3 c. sherry wine or 1/3 c. white wine vinegar
    1 tsp. dried rosemary
Preparation
    For marinade, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, oil, mustard, wine and rosemary in saucepan.
    Bring to boil; stir until sugar is dissolved.
    Let cool.
    Pour marinade over chicken wings.
    Cover wings and marinate 3 to 8 hours in a cool place.
    Remove from refrigerator and let sit at room temperature 1/2 hour before cooking.
    Bake wings at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes, turning and basting occasionally.
    Drain wings on paper towels.
    Serve hot at parties or chill for road trips, fishing trips or picnics. Excellent either hot or cold.
