Foil-Wrapped Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients

chuck roast
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix or 1 small onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper

Preparation

Line pan with aluminum foil.
Lay roast in pan; add ingredients.
Seal foil as airtight as possible.
Put in oven at 300\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours.
