Grandma'S Amish Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. drained pumpkin
    2 eggs
    1 pt. milk
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. sugar or more
Preparation
    Cook and drain pumpkin until good and dry.
    Add beaten eggs and milk to pumpkin, into which cornstarch and sugar has already been added.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Test with silver knife.
    If it comes out clean, it is finished.
