Black Bean And Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. can black beans, drained
    2 oz. jar diced pimentos, drained
    2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    lettuce leaves
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese (1/4-inch cubes)
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine beans, cheese, pimentos and onion in medium size bowl. Add lime juice, sugar, vegetable oil and pepper; toss gently. Cover and chill 4 hours.
    Serve on lettuce leaves with a slotted spoon.
