Sunday Night Show-Off - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. (8 oz.) thin spaghetti
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. cream
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
4 Tbsp. sherry
1 large can mushrooms, sliced
3 lb. shrimp, cooked and peeled
Preparation

Cook spaghetti; drain. Make cream sauce out of the next 4 ingredients. Blend in cheese, sherry and white pepper; heat until cheese melts. Add mushrooms. Remove from heat. Add shrimp. Add spaghetti to sauce. Turn into large shallow casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and slivered almonds. Heat under broiler until lightly brown. Serves 12.
