Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, diced and cooked
    1 onion, minced
    1/2 stick oleo
    2 c. milk
    2 c. water
    1 small can Pet milk
    1 green onion, minced
    1 carrot, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    In large saucepan, saute the onions and carrots in the oleo. Combine the rest of the ingredients and cook slowly until done and you reach the desired consistency. Great with cornbread or hot tamales.
