Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. Velveeta
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. chili powder

Preparation

Mix softened cream cheese, grated Cheddar cheese and Velveeta thoroughly. Add pecans, 1/2 teaspoon red pepper and garlic powder to cheese.
Mix paprika and chili powder on piece of waxed paper. Shape the cheese mixture into one large or two small logs and roll in the paprika and chili powder. Wrap and store in refrigerator or freezer.
