Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Crisco
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    5 large eggs
    1 c. milk
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
    1 can flaked coconut
Preparation
    Cream sugar and Crisco for 10 minutes.
    Add eggs, one at a time and beat.
    Add dry ingredients and milk.
    Fold in coconut and flavoring.
    Bake in tube pan for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325\u00b0. Start in a cold oven.
