Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 medium size potatoes
sausage, uncooked
1 can tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
2 c. cooked mixed vegetables
1 medium chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
garlic to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Peel potatoes.
Spiral or cut out center.
Stuff with sausage (uncooked).
Put in a casserole dish.
Mix tomatoes, tomato sauce, mixed vegetables, onion, pepper, garlic, salt and pepper.
Place inside part of potato in dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and sausage is done.
Cook covered.
