Carne Asada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 3 1/2 lb. flank or skirt steak
    1/3 c. red wine
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. coarse ground pepper
Preparation
    Marinate steak in deep bowl 1 hour.
    Best overnight.
    Grill over hot fire 4 to 5 minutes for rare steak.
    Flank steak takes longer.
