Quickie Pecan Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. lukewarm milk
1/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 to 4 1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 cakes yeast
1/2 c. warm water
Preparation

Pour milk over shortening, sugar and salt.
Beat in 1 cup flour, softened yeast, eggs and 1 more cup flour.
Cover with greased wax paper.
Let rise 15 minutes.
