Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
    2 c. plain flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. frozen or fresh blueberries
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Stir all ingredients until flour is moistened; batter should be lumpy. Do not overmix. Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
