Polska And Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. polska sausage
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    olive oil
    Parmesan cheese
    pasta of choice
Preparation
    Slice into small pieces polska sausage, place in Pyrex dish and heat in oven at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    In large skillet, brown garlic in a layer of olive oil and set aside.
    Cook pasta according to directions on package.
    When sausage is done, drain fat and stir-fry with garlic.
    Add drained pasta to skillet and quickly stir-fry again.
    Remove from heat.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
