Pecan Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. pancake mix
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 c. pecans, finely ground in blender
4 eggs
Preparation

Cream sugar and eggs.
Add pancake mix and baking powder, then ground pecans.
Mix all together well.
Place in 8 or 9-inch greased cake tin.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
Frost with whipped cream.
