Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. cold water
2 egg yolks
1 3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
3 egg whites
Preparation

Mix first 7
ingredients and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Add lemon
extract.
Pour
into cooked pie crust. Top with egg whites and brown in oven.
