Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. apples, peeled and chopped or grated
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Pour sugar over apples.
Let stand 20 minutes. Add oil and eggs.
Stir well. Sift together flour and spice. Add apple mixture, then add nuts and raisins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour. Bake in loaf or tube pan.
