Scrapple Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large potato (about 1/2 lb.), minced
    2 small onions, minced
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. chili sauce, divided
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper (as desired)
    pinch of ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. margarine, softened
Preparation
    Grease pan or dish with butter.
    Mix all ingredients, saving 1/2 cup chili sauce.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Drain off excess fat. Turn meat loaf over and cook about 5 minutes more. Top with remaining chili sauce.
