Shrimp And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 stick butter
    3/4 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. diced green pepper (optional)
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 lb. cooked shrimp
    3 c. hot cooked rice
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Make cream sauce with first 3 ingredients (adjust liquid to make medium thin sauce).
    Saute celery and pepper.
    Combine all ingredients, except cheese.
    Sprinkle cheese over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot.
