Guacamole Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mashed avocado
1/4 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. chopped green chilies
2 Tbsp. chopped onions
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
sliced zucchini, carrots and celery sticks
Preparation

In blender combine avocado and remaining ingredients except sliced vegetables.
Cover and process until smooth.
Pour into bowl; cover and chill for 2 to 3 hours.
Use vegetables as dippers.
