Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen broccoli
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
salt
1 small can French fried onions
Preparation

Cook broccoli as directed for 5 to 6 minutes.
Drain.
Mix together eggs, sour cream, soup and cheese.
Pour mixture over broccoli in casserole dish.
Bake for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Then top with French fried onions and put back in oven for about 5 minutes until onions are lightly drained.
