Granny'S Nose Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. flour
2 c. milk, heated
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of nutmeg
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Mix eggs, sugar, salt and flour.
Beat well and add milk, butter and vanilla to egg mixture.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 1/2 hour or until done.
Cover with meringue.
Bake until golden brown.
