Company Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 medium onion
    1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 c. real mayonnaise
    salt and pepper
    2 slices bacon
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in skin; peel and slice.
    Shred cheese.
    Dice onion fine.
    Mix all but bacon.
    Place in casserole with partially cooked bacon (chopped) on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    May be made ahead.
    If stored, add 15 minutes more baking time.
    May be frozen.
