Irish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can chopped Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 jar Cheez Whiz
    6 medium potatoes
Preparation
    Chop up onion into a saucepan and cook in a little butter until tender.
    Add a can of cream of mushroom soup and a can of Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Cook until kind of thick.
    Add small jar of Cheez Whiz. Boil potatoes unpeeled.
    Slice crosswise and lay in casserole.
    Add soup mixture over top.
    Put crumbled bacon and grated cheese over all.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 15 minutes.
