Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    turkey breast (6 1/2 lb.), baked and cut into chunks
    1 stalk celery, chopped (including leaves)
    juice of 1 large lemon
    salt
    pepper
    1 qt. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Bake turkey breast at 350\u00b0 in a covered roaster (water in the bottom).
    Cool.
    Cut in chunks.
    Mix turkey breast, celery, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
    Refrigerate overnight.
