Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. mashed banana
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Beat in egg whites.
    In a separate bowl, blend flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Add to creamed mixture alternately with mashed bananas.
    Stir in nuts.
    Turn into greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes, or until done. Remove from pan and cool.
