Sweet 'N Sour Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. thinly sliced carrots
    1 c. snow peas (about 4 oz.)
    1 small green bell pepper, cut into chunks
    1 c. sliced water chestnuts
    1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
    1/2 c. sliced cucumber, halved
    3/4 c. sweet and sour French dressing
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    In medium skillet, heat oil and cook carrots, snow peas and green bell pepper over medium heat, stirring frequently 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
    Add water chestnuts, tomato, cucumber and sweet 'n sour spicy French dressing blended with brown sugar and soy sauce.
    Simmer, covered, 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Top, if desired, with sesame seeds.
    Yields 6 servings.
