Beets A L'Orange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Del Monte sliced beets or your choice
    1/3 c. orange juice (unsweetened)
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 tsp. sugar or substitute (usually 1 envelope)
    1/4 tsp. grated orange peel
Preparation
    Drain beets, reserving liquid in saucepan. Add orange juice and cornstarch. Stir until cornstarch is
    dissolved. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and translucent. Add beets, butter, sweetener and orange peel. Heat through. Do not boil.
