Jenni'S Baked Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
1 stick melted butter
8 oz. sour cream
16 oz. can creamed corn
16 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Put in a glass baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Using a shallow dish will give a \"cornbread\" texture while a deep dish will make it more like corn pudding.
