Breakfast Buffet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bread, cubed
    1 lb. mild sausage, browned
    8 oz. medium Cheddar, grated
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    12 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed
Preparation
    In 9 x 13-inch pan, put cubed bread, sausage and cheese in layers.
    Beat eggs, milk and seasonings in bowl.
    Pour over other ingredients in pan.
    Put thawed hash browns on top.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 35 minutes, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
