Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, separated
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c. fresh lime juice
1 grated lime rind
Preparation

Beat egg yolks until light; add milk and beat well.
Fold in lime juice and rind.
Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into lime filling.
Pour into graham cracker or chocolate crust and freeze. Sprinkle crust crumbs on top or make meringue or eliminate meringue and freeze.
