Christmas Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. applesauce
    1 (6 oz.) box lemon Jell-O
    1 (6 oz.) box red raspberry Jell-O
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (7 oz.) bottle 7-Up
Preparation
    Bring the applesauce to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Add both boxes of Jell-O.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Add orange juice.
    Cool slightly.
    Add crushed pineapple and 7-Up.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour into a 13 x 2-inch casserole or mold.
    Top serving with mayonnaise or softened cream cheese.
