Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 pkg. dry Lipton onion soup mix
    1 chicken fryer, cut up, or pieces of choice
    1 can mushroom soup, mixed with 1 1/4 cans water
    sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Place ingredients in a 9 x 12-inch casserole in order given. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered.
    Rice serves about 6. Six chicken breasts do nicely, instead of originally called for cut up fryer.
