Oatmeal Scotchies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch flavored morsels
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. oats (uncooked, quick or old-fashion)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla extract; beat until creamy.
Gradually add flour mixture.
Stir in oats and butterscotch morsels.
Drop by level measuring tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 7 to 8 minutes for chewier cookies or 9 to 10 minutes for crisper cookies.
Makes about 4 dozen 3-inch cookies.
