Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. very lean ground meat
    1 onion, finely chopped
    3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 to 3/4 bell pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    2 to 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    4 Tbsp. flour, dissolved in 2 c. water
    2 (15 oz.) cans Ranch Style chili beans
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, brown ground meat.
    Add chopped onion, garlic and green pepper; cook with meat until tender.
    Add seasonings, tomato sauce and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Cook mixture over medium heat about 15 minutes; stir as needed.
    Add flour and water mixture. Stir often to prevent sticking or burning.
    Cook 15 or 20 minutes. Add a little water, if needed.
    Add beans; mix and heat thoroughly.
